All returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to approval. Products must be returned back in their full original packaging, on their original labels/tags, unused and undamaged. Clear reasons will be communicated to customers should their returns, refunds and exchanges be rejected.
RETURNS: Quality Control and Packaging:
We take great care in inspecting products, ensuring protected and safe packaging before shipping. While we strive for perfection, mistakes can occasionally occur. Should any damage happens during transit due to our error, we will take full accountability and resolve the issue promptly.
To ensure timely and efficient processing, please report any damaged products immediately upon delivery or within five (5) days of receipt. Pictures/videos of damaged products must be available on request. Failure to report damage within our timeframe, regrettebly the return will not be accepted/approved.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are subject to approval. Please send any request for refund on undamaged products within seven days (7) of receipt of the products.
For request for refund email us admin@localstoresnation.co.za, with reasons. No refund will be issues for products not returned in their full original packaging, on their original labels/tags, used or damaged.
Refunds will be issued once the products reached our destination and inspected accordingly. Payments of refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval.
Shipping cost for refunds will be deducted from the customers refund amount.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges accepted for damaged and defective items only.
PERSONAL CARE:
To prevent the possible spread of contaminations, protect and prioritise our customer’s safety and wellbeing. Local Stores Nations strictly complies with the South Africa’s Public Health regulation that skin care, personal care, earrings, nose rings and/or any products that may be a possible health and safety risk cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once delivered to customers.
SHIPPING:
Shipping costs are not refundable.
OTHER:
Promotional, Sale and allergic reactions items cannot be returned.
