Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
All returns are subject to approval.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide images or video if requested
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the request being declined.
If confirmed, we will resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or promotional items
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Items not in original condition
Hygiene & Safety
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Skincare and personal care products
- Earrings, nose rings, and similar items
REFUND POLICY
Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Items must meet all return conditions
- Items must be returned for inspection where applicable
Process
- Submit your request via email
- Return the item (if required)
- Item is inspected
- Refund is approved or declined
Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Important
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for:
- Damaged items
- Defective items
Not Eligible
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Sale or promotional items
